Spectrum of colour! LOVE.

Fashion is the best way to express yourself and the Meadham Kirchoff collection does just that. Their Fall ’12 collection was full of imagination and there SS ’13 collection was no different! Full of fantasy, sparkle and imagination; I absolutely love it! On their collection they were quoted saying; “It’s about the dream of escape. It is a fantasy of opulence, decadence, glamour, and wealth.”

There are 2 pieces which I absolutely loved and I have posted photo’s below. Enjoy!

Zuhair Murad creations have always captivated me; he basically is one of the best in my opinion when it comes to gowns. Everything he creates is just so WOW;  a real treat to the eye.  The stunning detail in each individual item reflects the refined look that is central to the Zuhair murad ethos.  So its no surprise that Zuhair Murad has become an overnight success and is such a hit with celebrities and fashonista’s around the globe.

Her husky tones, story like lyrics and charismatic female charm coupled with her youtube upload ‘videogames’ that went viral late 2011 has turned her into a world wide sensation. I discovered Lana Del Rey around November 2011 and have been in love ever since.

She dubs her self as a “self styled gangsta Nancy Sinatra” & Nancy Sinatra is pretty gangsta. Her voice is so captivating, emotive and she really is a great story teller. Her music videos seem to have a cinematic -vogue like edge which I just love. She was recently named GQ woman of the year and she totally deserved it.

Her album ‘Born To Die’ is one of my favourites of all time; my favourites are “This is What Makes us Girls’ & ‘Carmen”

Anyway she was featured in the August issue of Vogue Italia and I just loved the whole thing. She has a great sense of style; very 1950’s/1960’s American Suburbia.  (Also check out her appearence for the September issue of Vogue Australia)

Silent Spring Collection s/s 2012 by Ana Ljubinkovic

Such a charming and sweet collection; I just had to share it. Very Alice In Wonderland meets Barbie in a fantasy world. I love the incorporation of pearls, floral prints and stripes. The floral crown headband and antler shoes are amazing. Screams mad hatters tea party. LOVE!
